Sanity Check
To get started, it will be helpful to get on the same page regarding your goals for the program and the road you will be taking. Importantly, we are not in the business of immortality or quick fixes. We don’t need to tell you that health optimization is a space awash in bad information and dubious claims. In this twelve-module program, we want to give you frameworks and high-quality information that will allow you to take a long-term perspective to maximize your chances of living a long, healthy, and happy life. No matter your age, no matter your health, there are powerful steps you can take to improve your health and radically change the way you age.
