1.11. Begin to Gather Your Medical Records

If you’re like most people, you do not have quick access to all of your medical records. This is suboptimal for many reasons, and you should seek to remedy it. In Module 3, we will begin to utilize this information to help you refine your personalized risk framework. Having your historical data available will make this content much more valuable and actionable.

 

Here, we’re extending the call beyond just labs data. Call doctors who have played a significant part in your care over the past decade and ask for copies of your records. Keep these in a safe place. You will utilize this information over the coming modules.
