While some people aren’t eating enough and thus are undernourished, this is a far less common problem in the modern world than eating too much and being overnourished. In this video, you will learn about three strategies to consider when trying to dial in (read: down for most of us) your caloric intake: caloric restriction, dietary restriction, and time-restricted feeding.
