2.4. Your Family History

In this lesson, we will walk you through basic instructions for filling out your family history exercise. Please do this bit of homework. It is a critical input into the personalized risk profile we will begin to assemble in the next module. Getting this right will require more time and effort than you may expect – but the effort will pay dividends. The more effort you put into this, the better you will be able to understand your genetic risks. If you are unsure of some of the information related to your family history, it is worth reaching out to relatives or others who may have more or different information.
