13. Emotional Health

Living long is well and good, but our goal here is not to eke out an additional 5 or 10 years from an overall miserable life. We need to figure out not only how to live longer but how to live better physically, cognitively, and emotionally. We want to be happy. We want to have meaningful relationships with important people in our lives. We want to find joy in the everyday struggle of existence. This module will be focused on emotional health, and it is some of the most important content in all of Early. In this module, we brought together several guests to help us navigate what it means to live well. Please don’t skip this content. Becoming self-aware and balanced is one of the most difficult and important things you can do to optimize the overall quality of your life.
