8. Sleep

Your grandmother knew how vital sleep is to a long, healthy, and happy life. But sleep is also something virtually everyone struggles with at some point. It is easy for us to tell you that sleep is important, but figuring out how to assess and optimize your sleep is a much more complicated endeavor. This module’s activities will involve concrete and actionable ways to assess your sleep quality as it stands now as well as provide ways to track it going forward. The activities will also help you take a critical look at how your habits might impact your sleep and how those habits could change for the better. From alcohol and caffeine to smartphones and exercise, there are many things for which you need to understand and examine how they might impact your sleep.
